We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process simple and transparent.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you purchased a Joyfulish product or accessory from joyfulish.com within the last 30 days and are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at service@joyfulish.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • ⚠️ Please do NOT send returns to the sender’s address on the package. Always use the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Fee

  • For defective/damaged/incorrect items: We’ll cover the return shipping fee.
  • For other returns (e.g., size, preference): The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • PayPal: approx. 1 business day to reflect.
  • Stripe/credit card: approx. 3–15 business days depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a quality issue).
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at service@joyfulish.com.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided items meet the return requirements.
