Shipping Rates
Orders below $59: Flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99
     Orders of $59 or more: Free standard shipping
*Shipping costs are calculated based on your order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
     Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Normally, the package will be delivered within 8-15 business days (processing time + shipping time).
     Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and seasonal demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time.
     If you don’t receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at service@joyfulish.com.
Delivery Issues or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Can I change the address of my package after it has been shipped out?
